Evan has represented plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes litigation across state and federal courts, with experience spanning contract disputes, real estate nondisclosure and habitability cases, business and consumer protection matters, wrongful foreclosure claims, trust and probate conflicts, bankruptcy litigation, and multi-million-dollar injury and wrongful death cases. Before joining Bay Legal, Evan served as a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney at Wade Litigation and operated his own litigation-focused solo practice for nearly a decade.
