Jayson R. Elliott is the Managing Attorney and Founder of Bay Legal PC, bringing together a rare combination of legal expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and deep technology fluency. A Palo Alto-based attorney, Jayson built Bay Legal on the principle that technology-forward legal services and human-centered counsel are not just compatible — they reinforce each other.
Jayson's career spans the tech epicenter of Silicon Valley, where he has collaborated with industry giants including eBay, Lockheed Martin, and HP. His entrepreneurial drive led him to co-found and provide technology consulting for two startups — one during the early days of the dot-com boom, another focused on social media innovation. A pioneer in the cryptocurrency space, Jayson has launched and managed multiple ventures including token offerings and international Bitcoin mining operations across Chile, the Philippines, and other global locations.
In addition to his technology work, Jayson has managed a diverse array of medium-sized businesses across California, Washington, Nevada, Chile, the Philippines, and Mexico — spanning construction, mining, marketing, hospitality, and real estate. This breadth of operational experience informs every legal engagement: Jayson understands what it actually takes to build, run, and protect a business.
At Bay Legal, Jayson leads the firm's strategic direction, oversees complex matters in business law, real estate, and construction, and serves as the architect of the firm's integrated legal services platform.
